Coronavirus or COVID19

We appreciate the trust you have placed in us as your financial partner. As we continue to monitor the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus), we wanted to share with you the steps we’ve taken to help minimize the impact of COVID-19 on our member-owners, employees and the community where we operate.
Remain connected to your accounts 24/7 with our IT’sMe247 online banking or by phone with our CUTalk system. Pick the most convenient at-home banking option for you to check your balance, pay a bill, or transfer money. You can also call our office during lobby hours (9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday) or come to our office.
If you prefer to visit us in person, we are taking steps to help keep you safe. Currently, our lobby is still open; however we are encouraging our members to conduct as much business as possible through the drive-through for safety purposes. We’re monitoring the spread of the virus at local and national levels. In addition, we have provided our employees with hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes and spray and other personal protective items as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
If you’ve been financially impacted by COVID-19 and need help, we have solutions available. Please contact us at to let us know your situation.
Be aware of potential scams.
Scammers and cyber-criminals are already trying to take advantage of your concerns related to COVID-19. They may offer you fake products, medical advice, create fake charities, or provide fake news articles to gain access to your device and load malicious software. Please visit the Federal Trade Commission to learn more about how you can avoid a scam.
We appreciate your relationship with Family First and we look forward to continuing to serve you.
