How do I reorder checks?

You have several options to reorder checks with no changes in name or address. You can call our office at (406) 727-7575 during normal business hours (Monday – Friday 9am to 4pm), reorder on our website by clicking the “Electronic Services” tab and selecting “Order Checks” or you can drop off or mail in your reorder form.

What should I do if my Family First Debit or VISA Credit Card has been lost or stolen?

You can use our mobile app to place a temporary hold on your card if you aren’t sure whether it is lost. But if you believe that your card is lost or stolen, you should call the credit union as soon as possible during normal business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 4 pm).

How do I find an ATM that won’t charge me a fee?

Any of the 30,000 CO-OP credit union ATMs will process your Family First FCU ATM or Debit card without a surcharge. To find the CO-OP ATM nearest you, go to www.co-opnetwork.org.

How do I apply for a loan?

You can click to start a loan application electronically on the home page of our website or on our web site at www.familyfirstfcu.org.
If you really like paper, you can print a loan application form from our website (at the bottom of the “Loans” tab or you can pick up (or we can mail) a paper application form.

What Holidays is the credit union closed?

We are closed all day on New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. If a holiday falls on a Sunday, we will be closed on the following Monday. We close at 2 pm on the Friday following Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve and operate drive-thru services only.

Who can open an account and how?

We require an account to be opened in person at our office at 2901 11th Avenue South during normal lobby hours. Parents or legal guardians can open an account for a minor. Minors over the age of 5 should be present and will be asked to sign the membership application. For persons over 16, we require a valid government issued picture ID. Anyone who lives or works in the Montana counties of Cascade, Teton, Chouteau, Judith Basin and Pondera are eligible for membership. A $25 balance in a primary savings account establishes membership and must remain on deposit until the account is closed.
