Family First Federal Credit Union has proudly served the Great Falls community since 1956. What began as the Deaconess Federal Credit Union was founded by a small group of Deaconess Hospital employees who believed in creating a member-owned financial institution built on fairness, trust, and helping one another achieve financial success.

Over the decades, our credit union has grown from humble beginnings into a trusted community financial institution while remaining true to the cooperative values on which it was founded. Since April 2024, President & CEO Kyeanna Scharberg has led the organization with a commitment to preserving the credit union’s local roots, strengthening its financial future, and ensuring Family First remains the community-focused institution that generations of members have loved since 1956. Under her leadership, the credit union continues to embrace innovation while staying true to its mission of improving lives through personal, trustworthy service.
